As an independent evaluator of the Singapore Youth Impact Collective, we were commissioned by the Community Foundation of Singapore to conduct an impact assessment of two programmes targeting youth-at-risk. The two programmes were run by Touch Community Services and SHINE Children and Youth Service for a three year period. Besides evaluations reports, we also produced a learning report for future collectives.
