The OSCAR Fund by Temasek Foundation aims to support support communities in empowering the vulnerable and promoting a culture of compassion through grassroots, citizen, and resident-driven philanthropic endeavors. This initiative represents a broader and enhanced iteration of the original Oscar@Sg Fund, which was formerly managed by Temasek Trust.
