“Alleviating Poverty Through Economic Empowerment Opportunities in Cambodia” is a holistic, immersive experience. We endeavour to create a journey that “listen and learn”, thus opportunities are curated for engagement with local communities and organisations. This journey aims to develop in each participant an understanding of the complexities of poverty, foster connections between participants and organisations, and ultimately catalyse social action as participants are equipped with the tools, knowledge, connections, and mindsets needed to make a difference. The focus of this trip will be to examine the poverty issue in Cambodia and expose to the different ways in which sustainable and just economic opportunities are made available to Cambodian, and how they can be appropriately supported in their economic endeavours.
