Soristic has worked with SBF Foundation on numerous projects to support the employability of disadvantaged individuals. The projects include
- Facilitation of EMPOWER conversations with human resource professionals to get them to adopt progressive hiring practices. For this, we work closely with various community partners.
- Research inclusive hiring practices. Collect qualitative data through focus group discussions as well as interviews with disadvantaged individuals and employers to get insights on the barriers, challenges and opportunities for the employability of disadvantaged individuals. We also looked at case studies and best practices for inclusive hiring practices.
