Soristic was engaged by Tote Board Singapore to support them in understanding the various social value measurement approaches used today and undertook a proof of concept study project with them to develop a Social Return on Investment(SROI) framework for their Enabling Lives Initiatives Programme.
To develop a detailed and well-planned SROI framework for the initiative, Soristic analyzed the different programme data that was collected and interviewed various stakeholders including the grantees, beneficiaries, and fund administrators. Towards the end of the project, Soristic also conducted a SROI workshop that was attended by staff from not only Tote Board but also their respective government agencies partners to understand more about the evaluation process and usage of the SROI framework.
